Most flavours contain 46g+ of protein per 250g cup before any toppings are added. The Power Mix (peanut butter) is ~30g+ since it uses peanut butter instead of a protein blend. Adding toppings like nuts will naturally increase the protein content further.
Our base is made with a cultured dairy base, so it is not dairy-free. For gluten: the base itself is gluten-free, but some toppings (like certain nuts processed in shared facilities) may carry cross-contamination risk. If you have a serious allergy, please email us before ordering.
No sugar added — that's one of our core commitments. All sweetness comes naturally from the ingredients. If you add fruit toppings like Apple or Blueberries, they contain natural fruit sugars.
We require a minimum of 12 hours advance notice since every cup is made fresh to order. You can schedule delivery up to several days ahead — just pick your preferred date and time slot at checkout.
1 cup adds a $4.99 delivery fee. 2+ cups get free delivery. 4 cups get free delivery plus a $5 discount — saving you $10 in total. Pickup is always free.
Since every order is prepared fresh, cancellations must be requested at least 6 hours before your scheduled delivery time. Please email us at Strongspoon.ca@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Each cup is $12.99 (tax included). Order as many cups as you like — mix and match any flavours at the same flat rate.
Yes! We occasionally release promo codes through our social media and for special events. If you have a code, just enter it at checkout before payment and the discount will be applied automatically.
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, one of the most trusted payment platforms in the world. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We never store your card details — everything is handled by Stripe's secure infrastructure.
